I have a feeling that Lois and Clark's wedding will be the next big Clois arc in Season 4. Assuming the show can get a Season 4, hopefully it does.

The trailer was uploaded a couple weeks ago and I missed it, but apparently the mod's in QA testing and should be releasing soon.
Description: Frontier Mining was once a thriving mining hub. Now it sits abandoned, without power, without a crew, and with a reputation for being haunted. For Leona, its new owner, it was supposed to be a fresh start.
What begins as a simple job to restore power and investigate the mine soon turns into something much larger. The mine has its secrets. So does Leona.
As Frontier Mining slowly comes back to life, so does the life Leona thought she had left behind.

Yes this animated Lara is officially the same character as the Legacy of Atlantis game Lara. The series is The Legend of Lara Croft and it canonically bridges the gap between the games Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Legacy of Atlantis.
A common criticism from fans is they can't imagine the Survivor trilogy Lara becoming the older confident Lara we see in Legacy of Atlantis. However I personally have no issue at all imagining the Netflix Lara maturing into that character. Her personality is halfway there and I think Hayley Atwell and Alix Wilton Regan's performances complement each other well, I can completely buy that they're the same Lara, but at different ages.
The problem is it's a tv cartoon series, not a game, and many gamers might never have known about it or be interested in it.
Good news and hopefully it can go higher
I found the particular quote interesting because it sounds similar to how CD wrote the character in the Survivor and LAU trilogies.
I am a fan of all the TR eras personally but I wanted to ask how do fans of mainly Classic Lara feel about this creative approach for writing Lara?
You can tell that the devs still want to honor the Survivor trilogy and not ignore or discard those games
Polygon's review of S3 said "Superman, Lois Lane (Alice Lee), Jimmy, and Kara get a glimpse of their possible futures, which makes them confront who they want to be and what they are willing to do to secure a better tomorrow."
It's possible that Season 3 will feature time travel and a dark future. A future where Clark is dead.
Clark dies in the future (who or what killed him idk) and with Superman's absence, Metropolis and the world itself is in ruin. Not even Supergirl and Lex's combined efforts can save a crumbling Earth.
Top image - Fans argue is MAWS Conner Kent a clone or Lois' son? I think he's both. In the future after Clark's death, Lex realizes the world needs a Superman and tries to create a clone using Clark's DNA. But there isn't enough material, so Lex has to include human DNA from Lois as well. But Conner is only a Superboy, not a Superman, and it's decided that Conner goes back in time to change the timeline to prevent Clark's future death from happening. Yes Lex has a time machine.
Bottom image - I think these villains could be the evil future versions (in Lex's case, more evil) of Lois, Jimmy, Kara, and Lex. The dark future timeline is so awful that Kara, Lois, and Jimmy chose to team up with Lex, that's how desperate the situation has become. They time travel to the present day to alter the timeline, like Conner, but their methods are more destructive and extreme. Or the alternative is Clark and gang travel to the dark future timeline for reasons - either way, they fight their evil future selves.
Theme: S3's plot may be about "fearing the future." Lois fears what will happen to her career if goes with Clark's relationship plans. Jimmy and Kara fear that their relationship will be ruined in the future if they try to become a couple. Clark fears what will happen to Lois and his loved ones if he died, who will protect them. When you live constantly in fear of the future, you lose sight of who you're really meant to be.
I'm probably wrong but just some fun speculations
A popular fan theory about Metro 2039 posits that the Stranger and Hunter are the same man.
However DesertorESP made a post pointing out that Hunter is missing his left hand and is wearing a prosthetic. So I felt like doing a comparison out of curiosity and boredom.
Image 1 shows The Stranger on the left and Hunter on the right. The Stranger is carrying/gripping his shotgun with his left hand. I am not a prosthetics expert but Hunter's prosthetic hand looks cosmetic and hollow, purely for appearances and not for activity.
If you slow down the trailer you'll notice that Hunter's right hand fingers flex into a fist as Hunter walks, but his left prosthetic fingers stay stiff. Hunter's prosthetic is not advanced enough to move the fingers and grip objects like a shotgun.
Image 2 shows first-person examples of the Stranger using his left hand to grip a tool, fend off a mutant, and pump reload his pneumatic gun. Yes it's gloved but that looks like a fully functioning hand to me, or at minimum less stiff than what Hunter has.
If The Stranger = Hunter, then maybe he got a big bionic hand upgrade. Or maybe the Dark Ones regrew his hand with magic bs. Or maybe the developers have been telling the truth and The Stranger and the Reich leader are different characters.
>We called this trailer HUNTER for one reason – it’s all about him. In April, we revealed that our antagonist was not just “Fuhrer”, but none other than the first Spartan himself, Hunter. Today, we get our first in-game look at him, adorned in decorated Novoreich uniform, a fascist perversion of the iconic Spartan armour. His image can be seen all over, his presence looming over the Metro in crumbling posters, flickering propaganda, and towering statues.
The trailer is narrated by our protagonist, The Stranger, who begins to shed light into how the Metro fell. He is consumed with anger and hatred, his inner monologue chastising the Fuhrer for his lies and hypocrisy, “you promised a brighter future… you swore to crush the enemy”. What’s left of the Spartan Order as we knew it lies in ruins, and where the Spartans were once considered selfless protectors, the Stranger believes Hunter has become the very enemy the Spartans used to fight.
I don't think this confirms or debunks any theories but it's still interesting. In the trailer it's the Stranger talking to Hunter.
>Last year, Amazon scaled back its ambitious video game development plans and laid off thousands of people. While the retail giant canceled many projects, including a Lord of the Rings MMO, it is still committed to publishing two upcoming Tomb Raider games. But although those plans haven’t changed, Amazon’s retreat from gaming has indeed had an impact on both titles.
>In a new interview with The Game Business, Embracer CEO Phil Rogers confirmed that Amazon’s backing out of games in 2025 had indeed had a direct impact on this year’s Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and next year’s Tomb Raider: Catalyst.
I think this helps explains some of the reasons why LoA has been delayed (and probably Catalyst too).
It might be weird to compare them because they're linked together and part of the same comic trilogy. But then again the fandom compares movies within the film trilogies all the time so why not.
I don't think it would be a hot take to say that imo Reign was an overall stronger story arc than Rise. Part of is that it's just entertaining to read about the 'Adventures of Kylo Ren,' like a weekly tv show adapted into comic form, and it fills some of the gap between TLJ and TROS.
Another part of it though is that imo Rise of Kylo Ren felt rushed at only 4 issues. It tried to do so much - Luke and Ben flashbacks, Snoke and Ben's relationship, Ben and his Jedi friends, the temple destruction, establishing who are the Knights of Ren. And the core plots of Ben proving himself to Ren, Jedi revenge, and Ben's fall to the dark side. Soule could only spend a limited time exploring each of these things because they're all crammed into four issues. It's too short for the ground that it's trying to cover.
But Rise of Kylo Ren is still good and I view it as an essential prelude to Reign. Hopefully with Fall of Kylo Ren, 5 issues is enough for Soule to tell his story while also exploring the Dyad, Palpatine's return, and the other stuff that precedes TROS' opening.
When I say clone, I mean clone. You won't find any deep rpg equipment stats or yo-yo platforming here, as good as those other games are.
I like the top-down 2D Zeldalikes that are obvious Zelda clones in art style and gameplay progression, aren't ashamed about their inspirations, and aren't trying to completely reinvent the wheel. Not looking for indie Castlevanias or retro Dark Souls, which some Zeldalikes aspire to be. Minimum 10+ hours of playable content is ideal.
The ones I've enjoyed, listed in no particular order:
Two Zelda clones I recently started playing and haven't finished yet, but so far they're good:
Are there any I missed?
