Puedo pedir un aumento de rate, actualmente estoy con 0.12 ctvs el minuto, he leido de personas alas que les cambiaron el rate, de ser asi, hay algun requisito para hacer dicha peticion??

I have a problem that I'd say is related to my laptop's performance.
For reference, it's a:
X1 Carbon 12th Gen (Type 21KC, 21KD) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 21KD
Model: 21KDS14417.
I’ve had it since February, and I haven’t had any problems until very recently.
I work at a call center, and I only use Chrome (for taking calls), Firefox (my main browser), Notepad, and Steel Series for noise cancellation.
As a side note, I’m using two external monitors in addition to the laptop’s own screen.
Recently—maybe three weeks ago—my calls started lagging terribly. At first, I ignored it, thinking it was a connection issue (the usual), but then I noticed that I couldn’t open a tab in Firefox without the PC lagging. I checked the Windows Task Manager, but even opening it caused even more lag. I noticed usage spikes between 50% and 75% ,which matches with the lag in my calls, with just one tab open in Chrome and, at most three in Firefox. Monitoring the usage, I saw that none of the browsers were increasing their CPU usage. Because of this, I’m forced to use only Chrome to avoid this issue on this laptop , and again , this started ,just a few weeks ago.
I don't have any other programs running in the background, and I don't see anything using up my RAM or GPU.
I used the ChrisTitusTech tool, just in case there was something there, but it didn't help much either.
For reference, I'm using my other laptop, an IdeaPad Gaming 3 (Model 3-15IHU6), and I don't have any problems at all running the same programs—or even more.
I'd really appreciate any help, ideas, or anything else.
side note, on the picture is the performance, without anything but a note pad open. I believe this laptop should be good enough , to not to sweat with couple of browser.

Buen dia, Tengo una pregunta, tengo una conocida, que al aplicar a PROPIO, cometio un error en la pruebas o algo, y le cayo un correo que decia que habia cometido una falta grave y que no podia aplicar.
Despuesde hablarlo, concluimos que el error , pudo haber sido, mirar hacia los lados al momento de hacer la prueba con camara.
Quisiera saber si hay manera de aplicar denuevo, o algun alternativa, gracias de antemano.
