Wings done. Pretty happy with them, especially the airbrush makes a huge difference.

Scales mostly done- black with dry brushing of greys. Shade and then a bit more dry brushing.

Heads. WiP. Details missing and highlights and eyes.

Claws not really started, but planning on keeping grey too.

Base - tough as I don't think I have the skillset to do what I want in terms of glowing glacier type finish, so so e practice before I get into this.

Excuse the table mess. Shared space with 13yo son! 😂😂😂

Had an airbrush for years. Almost untouched. Used it on the cardboard...

Pre-ordered a dragon, and figured I'm going to need some practice.... And some more again!

Anyway, I can see why they're useful!

Lost my first TOW battle against my son! First battle with renegade crowns.

500pt Battle March.

Turns out Renegade crowns are really quite weak, and then I had some truly awful luck with dice rolls.

Lets put it this way, by round 3 I only had the crossbowmen left, and they only last to the end of round 4.

Impact hits from those chariots killed off knights in 2 rounds, scorpion killed off the outriders.

Still, loads of fun. My son was happy. And I think I'll look more at infantry and static res vs trying to play as Bretonnian.
