9060XT build at 1 lakh

I am building my first pc in mAtx case and would like to know if this build is good for its price or can I change some things which can reduce the cost. My overall budget was 70-80k but considering the risk of used gpu getting fried or getting damaged after months due to internal damage ( which I can't check while buying) so going with this build.

Parts:-

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 - 13,950rs

Motherboard:- Asus prime B550M-k ARGB- 6899rs

GPU: Rx 9060XT- 52k

PSU: Corsair CX650M SMPS-650 Watt 80+ bronze Semi Modular With Active PFC- 6349rs

Ram: Used 8gb×2 ddr4 - 7-8k

Ssd: Adata Xpg Gammix S60 1TB - 15389rs

Cabinet:- Lian Li A3 white - 7500rs

Monitor:- looking for a 1440p around 15k or less.

Total cost :- 1,26,000

Note:- will be purchasing gpu on emi from computech on 17% intrest rate for a tenure of 12 months -5k total intrest amount

Suggest changes to reduce price to near 1 lakh, fine with 1080p will later upgrade to 1440p a year later , all parts are from online.

Use case :- 1080 or 1440 gaming.

Is Poco F7 a good choice?

Hello poco users, I am looking to purchase poco f7(indian) but after reading many posts on reddit, I noticed that many f7 users are complaining about its performance after few months like heating, bad performance or low fps during gaming, phone lagging even in day to day usage and many other ui related issues.

Is it really that bad after few months or just users skill issue? Like I saw many users recommended doing few custom settings and debloating and other things related software ( I don't know much about these things).

My concern is whether to buy this or not as a normal user. I am currently using vivo v19(bought in 2020), funtouch OS_10.5. i never used any other phones and don't have any other ui experience so will hyper os better good and is it stable or getting better or still worse( I heard it very buggy and inconsistent)

This is an expensive purchase for me as I never spent this much on phones

My usage and preferences :-

Heavy gaming( ported and emulation)

Smooth usage

Good connectivity and build

Ok camera( not a priority)

Should last 4-6 years or more.

It's current price is 35,999rs, should I go for it or look for other options. Budget is 30k but really like this one.

Fair price for an used HP omen 16 Ryzen 7 6800H rtx 3070ti.

What's the fair value for buying this laptop, it's 4 years old but the battery capacity is 100%, cycle count 112.

Seller said that he hardly used it and only for streaming purposes in last 4 years, he provided the battery report.

Seller listed for 77k inr but after some negotiation he said he will sell it for 70k inr, said he refused other offers of 68k inr too, so not going lower and says it's hardly used and in perfect condition and is in equal level of 4060 so can't reduce the price.

So, what's the fair price i can buy it for and will the laptop last long since it's not heavily used and any issues I need to be aware of in this model?
