Massaging it in actually make a difference

A few weeks ago I randomly started rubbing it in a little after applying, maybe like 1–3 minutes instead of just spraying one spot and waiting.

And honestly… it felt noticeably different. Not really stronger, just smoother. Before, sometimes the effect felt uneven. Like one area would feel way too dull while other spots barely felt affected at all. Since I started spreading it around more evenly, it feels way more balanced.

The weird thing is it actually feels less numbing this way even though the control is better. I’ve also noticed it works better after a warm shower. My guess is maybe the skin absorbs it more evenly or something. No idea if there’s actual science behind that though.

My routine lately has basically been: warm shower, dry off a bit, light application, rub it in for like 2 minutes, wait around half an hour.

That’s been working way better for me than just blasting one area and hoping for the best.

Is it normal to shift from ED issues to PE instead?

Not sure if anyone else has gone through this, but over the last year or so I feel like my problem kind of shifted from ED to the complete opposite.

For a while my main issue was maintaining erections consistently. Stress, performance anxiety, overthinking, all that stuff definitely played a role. I started working on it pretty seriously — better sleep, exercising more, cutting down porn, improving confidence, even trying meds occasionally. And honestly, a lot of that helped.

The weird part is now that erections feel much stronger and easier to maintain, I feel way more sensitive than before. Like sometimes I finish insanely fast now, even in situations where I used to struggle staying fully hard. It almost feels like once the anxiety and erection issues improved, the sensitivity problem became way more obvious.

I’ve tried slowing down, breathing control, edging, kegels, etc. Some things help a little, but it still feels frustrating because it’s like I traded one problem for another.

Curious whether this is actually common or if my body is just weird.
