New Kepcaps and Switches(Meckeys Free Upgrade)

I have the RK84 with RK Yellow Switches. After four years of using stock keycaps and switches, I finally upgraded the keycaps to PBT God of War keycaps from Keyora and HMX Hyacinth V2U from Meckeys. I actually ordered HMX Xinhai, but I got lucky and they sent me the Hyacinth, which were 45 rupees more. I don't know whether they messed up the order or if the stock for Xinhai wasn't there and they upgraded, but thanks, Meckeys! 🥳🎉

The keycaps feel very good to touch compared to stock ABS caps, and man, the switches! They feel so smooth, creamy, and clacky at the same time. HMX factory lube is really good and smooth to type. I initially thought of getting tactile switches from Akko and ended up with HMX.

Exited One UI 8.5 beta but not receiving stable OTA — SM-S928B India

I was on the One UI 8.5 beta on my Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928B) and exited the beta program via Samsung Members app. India stable rollout is live and people are getting it but I still haven't received the OTA. Tried using Smart Switch on PC to manually flash the stable build but it keeps failing with "Failed to recognize software update mode" and can't enter download mode. Found a Reddit post confirming this is a known bug with Smart Switch on One UI 8.5 beta devices — apparently Samsung removed download mode access in a February update which broke Smart Switch downgrade/flashing entirely. So right now I'm stuck on beta firmware with no way to get to stable through any official method. My options as I see it: Keep waiting for OTA (been checking manually multiple times a day) Try Samfw tool to force flash stable firmware Go to Samsung service center Has anyone else who exited the beta faced this? Did the OTA eventually come on its own or did you have to flash manually? And has anyone successfully used Samfw on SM-S928B INS without issues? Any help appreciated!

Switches Suggestion

I own an RK84 with RK Yellow switches, and it has been four years now with the default setup. I would like to upgrade them for something better. I just ordered the God of War Diced PBT keycap set, and now I would like to order switches too. I am just confused about which ones to buy: HMX Xinhai or Sillyworks Hyacinth V2U. Initially, I thought about going for Akko, but then I heard about HMX and how they are better. Any suggestions or recommendations will be helpful, as these will be my first switches, and I would like to buy something good for a long time.
