Like a brown agressive bird with super red eyes and wanted me dead, it had kinda like some hair feathers and some black too
Edit: i did not expect this to blow up, the replies are frying me but im too shy to respond qjiskwow
Honestly sounds like a dino from Jurassic Park and has a swinging thing on the front as seen in drawing
The white, scored outside had a burgundy or purplish filling, it was mild in taste but it the filling had an earthy but also mushy texture.
Maybe it was a type of imitation crab?
A length of 1.5" or <4cm
Talking to my Mum today and we were both trying to remember the name of this biscuit she used to buy.
Probably discontinued now, I feel like it was a chocolate round, individually wrapped and with biscuit balls inside of it.
Still a debate on whether they had caramel in them or not so I’ve included both drawings
It was a very crispy deep fried round, about the size of a pancake. Filled with syrup bubbles, and served on the breakfast buffet.
Trying to remember a brand of soda in the UK that had an image of a cartoon monkey face on the front. It was probably a value brand, and I think it was marketed towards children. Came in a transparent, plastic bottle, with a cartoonish font above or below the monkeys head. It might have been made by Villa, who also made a series of non-carbonated drinks with a plastic wrapping that made it look like there was an animal stuck inside the bottle. Google results come up with nothing.
Illustration quickly done to show the monkey face on a (I think) orange label cola bottle, as well as roughly how I remember the bottle looking.
At an airport in the Caribbean my work team had to get some breakfast and my coworker got this food that was like a hot dog sandwich? The bread looked kind of like a large English muffin, flat and almost cylindrical, but it had more of a floury top and the inside was much fluffier. The hot dogs were literally sliced hot dogs and there was nothing else in it. I got the same thing but the filling was just cheese. Is this a thing in the Caribbean or just an oddity of this one airport restaurant? It was in St Lucia but I know a lot of the islands have similar foods.
Hi everyone, trying to put a name to these two birds I saw today in west Philadelphia at about 4pm. Ive never seen these birds in my life.
They were big. like the size of turkey vultures.
Their bodies looked super scraggly, minus their tails. they were almost like a turkey vultures tail but bigger/longer?
they were making this insane noise which is what caused me to look. it almost sounded like a machine or a human was making this noise. like the whirring of a power tool or something. the tone was going upwards. it almost reminded me of a yoyo in a way if that make any sense.
Im very curious. please give me your best guesses.
Thanks.
Additional info: short and shrill "twee" call, flying pattern was like drop-flap wings-drop.
