Reddit is a piece of shit.
It looks like Reddit has removed the option to turn off Show recommendations in home feed. And now my Home Feed is full of shit I didn't ask for. Fuck you Reddit. Fucking ban me, I don't give a shit anymore...

Keepin' it classy, matsu... :(
What the actual fuck? In the last few days I've seen more mosquitos than the worst mosquito day to date. Like 3 times as many than in the beginning of June. Anyone else or are they so just terrorizing me?
I just want to give a shout out to the crowd of people, standing in the pouring rain, protesting the Matsu Assembly's motion to give away 10 square miles of our land, at no cost, to build filthy, polluting data centers in our recreation areas to make billionaires even richer. Make sure Ron Bernier and Dmitri Fonov know what you think of this disgusting give away of our public lands. I wonder what they're getting out of the deal, right?
That's the way I feel today. I just found out that DNR has actively prepared a non competitive land sale to AIDEA of over 19,000 acres in prime recreational lands for industrial use, such as data centers, power generation, associated gravel pits for their own road development etc.. This 19,000 acres envelopes RS2477 trail as well as other trails that were documented and part of the Haessler Norris trail system in Willow. It's insane that Dunleavy is willing to sacrifice prime recreational public lands so close to Palmer/Wasilla and Houston/Willow for this.
The public has just over a month to submit comments.
I think this is fantastic news. Pre-Harambe, I subscribed to the Frontiersman because it was the only real Mat-Su newspaper doing much actual journalism. It certainly wasn't perfect, but they did some solid reporting. I was especially impressed with how they led coverage of the school board book ban controversy and the influence that reporting had on the broader conversation.
The Mat-Su Sentinel has done excellent work since it started a year or so ago, and I'm very optimistic about this merger.
