helix healing with a bump
i got a helix piercing 1.5 months ago (titanium flat backed stud). healing hasn’t been bad but my piercing has been bumped a couple times. today while cleaning the area with a q tip i went around my stud and noticed the front fully went into my ear like it was embedded, but it came out. seems like the jewelry is loose or my hole got stretched. i noticed this bump around the top.
is this bump normal/ how do i get rid of it? should i do something different with my jewelry to fix the problem?
