Im an instacart driver. Last weekend I switched back to google maps and it was normal. Letting me recent and the car on the screen was in the direction of ny vehicle. This weekend however it shows the map and the car on the screen going the opposite direction. I tried to recent nothing. No app update. It shows the car driving towards the ground or right or left on my screen. Anyone else?
Customer has the account set as no contact delivery or put on porch and take photo. I did exactly that. If they add a note, "Please Knock" I will. Otherwise I don't do anything in hopes I dont set off the dog or wake someone up. Well a customer today dropped the tip to zero and instacart wont cover it ($5) even though the agent said its not my fault. (Customer gave feedback the passoff was not smooth.l) I get it alot of people knock everytime. This address was like a 5 or 6 mile drive bc it was a sprouts.
I personally do not want anyone to knock on my door but I dont have a note (not to knock) and when people deliver they rarely knock. (My dog goes crazy.) I also had a "meet customer" one earlier with a note to "leave at door."
Im so annoyed. Thoughts? (Kind thoughts only) Do I need to start banging on doors like the police? Lol
Hello fellow shoppers, I have questions about our shopper ratings. I have received 5 star reviews the last few weeks but the number does increase in the app under customer rating. Does this mean its not be applied to my rating?
