Did anyone else get a thin coating on their tongue after taking Paxlovid?

How do I remove this coating and fissure from my tongue. It doesnt come off when I brush it. Its super annoying as i can eat spicey foods or coffee.

I took 150mg of Bupropion XL for 4 days then stopped. Its been a week since I stopped and I still have a weird metallic aftertaste. How long does this take to go away?
