This came up in my Facebook memories today - you only notice your weight loss lol jung at old photos

Four years on. Gone from 225lbs to 160lbs. Ideally I’d like to be 150lbs but I’ve been constantly round the 155lbs - 165lbs for the last 18 months.

Without the sob story it’s next to impossible for me to do cardio as I use a wheelchair so it’s most calorie counting and weights at the gym. If I can do it anyone can

What promotions are your favourite ones at the minute?

NORTH have been on a roll for a while up in Newcastle. I love death match wrestling so RISE, TNT and Kumite Combat Wrestling ones I probably go to the most.

I did the last CXW Extreme show in Braintree. That was very good, even if it’s an 8 hour round trip for myself

So the Leeds gig still been listed as going ahead. I tried an online chat and they were adamant it hadn’t been cancelled and there would be no refunds, although this was a bot and AI sucks.

Can urge everyone who was going to do the same as me and bombard ticketmaster uk’s twitter with messages similar to this? Thanks

Did anyone seriously have Cape Verde getting out of a group with Spain AND Uruguay? Without conceding a single goal? Absolutely incredible.

Scotland with only a 0.07% of qualifying now. Shame having great support does nothing for you on the pitch.

So, can Cape Verde pull off a miracle against Argentina?

What a great end to a god awful season. Fancied by many to make the playoffs. Spent the majority of the season in the bottom 4. 22 points from the last 10 games saw us finish 13th.

Hopefully can take that form into next season and have a crack at what I feel will be a really open division next year. Anyway, here’s CJ scoring a worldie
