is this wiring connection valid for haptic motor to esp32 ?
Hi how are you ? I tried to make this haptic motor work based on measurement values of a sensor ....the sensor works fine but I doubt the hardware connections of the haptic motor as I didnot find its own driver and after searching I found I can drive it with logic converter and n channel mosfet IRF540N ...so do you think this connection is valid ? if not what should I do to make it work as its driver isnot available in my region's stores ?
ESP32 Side (LV side)
-------------------
LV -> 3.3V from ESP32
GND -> ESP32 GND
LV1 -> ESP32 GPIO
High Voltage Side (HV side)
---------------------------
HV -> 5V
GND -> same common GND
HV1 -> IRF540N Gate (through 220Ω resistor optional)
Then the MOSFET side:
IRF540N
----------------
Gate -> from HV1
Drain -> motor negative
Source -> GND
Motor power:
Motor positive -> external motor supply (+)
Motor negative -> IRF540N Drain
