Question about Vin's new Tomodachi series as someone who hasn't watched it yet

enormous disclaimer: I am NOT trying to place judgement on Vinny, cause drama or debate, nothing like that whatsoever. i'm just curious

i know Vin was a bit tentative when watching the new game's reveal when the gender/sexuality options were shown, and i know he has always been overall hesitant to even talk about queerness much aside from the thankfully positive clarity with TTYD's Vivian, and i totally get the impression that he's, for lack of a better word, "uninitiated" with queer topics and is afraid of stepping on anyone's toes. love Vinny, totally understand, not trying to get into a discussion or argument about it

did he end up making any of his Miis queer? like, how many of the Miis are non-binary or non-cis, specifically

How to permanently activate Kratos model + Kratos moveset mods for ONLY Trevor?

I want to play through the story mode with Trevor's model permanently switched to Kratos's model, but I'm fairly sure model-switching is something you have to manually activate whenever you start playing as that character

Is there a precedent for having one of the three protagonists permanently swapped to another character model such that you don't have to repeatedly activate it yourself while playing? Thank you :)

Out of curiosity, how many calories are in an average piglet?

Purely hypothetical question, don't worry. I'm just really curious about it and if anyone has an answer. Thank you :)

First time playing GoW1: this game is NOWHERE as "Square Square Triangle" as people say??

As a disclaimer, this is my third action game ever: I played DMC1 and DMC3 for the first time last year, and am currently in GoW1. I have never played the new GoW games and will after I beat 2 and 3

I seriously gotta say, the reputation this game gets for being "lobotomized DMC" is ridiculous. While admittedly not AS ball-busting as DMC1, the game does kick your ass if you play passively or lazily, and you have a lot of tools that rack up combos quickly, especially if you play around with the juggling and aerial grabs.

And this game actively rewards you with red orbs for getting long combos, and it's satisfying to pull off. It's both intrinsically and extrinsically rewarding for me. If you choose to ignore the fun systems thats on you? i feel like this game's reputation suffers from most gamers needing a LOT more extrinsic incentive to actually diversify and experiment with a game's mechanics, because i've found GoW1 really fun to mess around with. I'm not even particularly good at DMC or GoW, but when I discovered tricks like using lifters to aerial grab normally un-grabbable enemies, using the grab to squish the small dog enemies, using zeus's charged bolts to kill multiple archers in one shot, using that awesome roll+X lifter to make my gameplay much smoother and faster, using the sword after stunning with the chains to rack up fast damage, and using medusa's grace on airborne enemies so they instantly die when they hit the ground; this game is really really fun!

I know GoW isn't DMC3-with-style-switch levels of deep, but I just don't understand how a game can give you a very decent and solid moveset, and like 70% of players will just spam block + the simplest combo, then call the game simple for it? Nah dude, the game's not simple, YOU are.

Purely hypothetical question, what are some ethical alternatives to emergency euthenasia when a firearm is not accessible?

lets say a heffer had recieved a severe injury and there was no firearm anywhere, and its bleeding out and in extreme pain or suffering. is it ethical to use the tools available to end its pain, i.e. a hammer or home chainsaw? I understand that a quick death is the correct way to handle a poor animal suffering, but if you don't have a firearm at the ready is it still right to be resourceful and use whats available? thank you :)

Want to know compatibility for certain PS1 games via POPLoader (incl. hugopocked fixes)

Hey, I'm planning on getting a PS2 fat (39xxx) and I wanna play some PS1 games off an internal HDD. I'm aware that
- the POPLoader official PS1 compatibility list is outdated
- Hugopocked's fixes make a lot of games run perfect
but it's super hard to find aggregated information or even specific information tbh, so if anyone could tell me I'd be grateful, how do these PS1 games run these days, with patches if needed?
- Tomb Raider 1-3
- Resident Evil 1-3
- Tenchu 1-2
- FF7
- Chrono Cross
- Oddworld 1-2
- SH1
Thank you!

Using a PAL Wii, are the virtual console titles on WiiMart the 50hz PAL versions that run slower?

If so, how can I use the NTSC versions of the virtual console titles on a PAL Wii?

Sincere question, because I want to know if thereare any rules strictly prohibiting this. Since players are allowed to wear deodorant, why don't they just wear like three full cans of deodorant each, so they're incredibly pungent and would throw off the enemy players, make them miss more of their shots right?

You might be thinking "oh but then you'd effect your allies too", but here's the solution: you and the rest of your team go and get chemically-induced or surgically-induced anosmia (permanent loss of sense of smell) to be immune to the effects.

Is there any history of such behaviour, and is there strictly any rule prohibiting this? Super curious, ty :)

I mean imagine you're going against the Lakers in grand finals and you've got Kobe on the enemy team putting up great numbers. Just hire a guy built like prime Mike Tyson to immediately all-out sprint to Kobe, cold-clock him, take the red card or whatever, and then tag in a proper basketballer? It sounds like a great strategy to just slime out the best player on the enemy team and increase your chances of winning. Is there any rule preventing this from happening? Or any history of it happening before? Yes I know the attacker in question would be punished but what if an individual is willing to take that sacrifice?

This is a sincere question, even if it sounds silly, so answers only please, thank you.

Sincere question, if I were to have a cow to look after and it had fallen greviously ill or been injured, and I didn't have the money or access to take her to be put down, nor posess the professional tools to do so myself and live in a firearm-free nation (Australia), is it acceptable to use other tools on-hand to perform the euthenasia? Namely, a pickaxe or chainsaw. I know it sounds extreme but what if there is no other choice? The job would be done quick and painlessly either way so is there an ethical reason against it?

Thank you
