How’s online for PS5? Thinking of getting

I loved crash team racing and I had the remake on my switch but it looked terrible and online barely had anyone.

Thinking of getting it for ps5, idk if the online is active though. also, I never played the single player entirely before, is this game worth it for the singleplayer stuff alone?

Would it be worth going 4K OLED given my setup and purposes?

Specs are RTX 5080, 9800X3D, 32GB DDR5.

I currently have the LG Ultragear 240 Hz 1440p IPS display, which costs about 300 dollars.

After recently getting a 4K OLED TV for the PS5 pro I can see why OLED is great.

Big question I have is the resolution. So, I play a lot of games- Tekken 8/fighting games are locked at 60 FPS so 4K is fine. Other games such as Forza Horizon 6, anything singleplayer.

But then there’s games like The Finals, Marathon, Overwatch, etc. that I would like to play on 1440p for those extra frames.

So, not sure how dramatic of a difference it could make. One monitor I’m looking at is the Dell AW2527Q which MSRPs for 900.

Thoughts appreciated, thanks.

Question about response time and what it means between my monitor and 4k OLED

So, I’m mainly a PC gamer but got a PS5 recently and an LG B5 OLED 48” 4K. I really love how good it looks and now want to play Tekken 8 mainly on there.

My PC monitor is the 27GR83q-b (27“ 1440p 240Hz IPS).

So, my question is with a google search, the B5 OLED says 0.1 ms GtG response time, yet I’m confused since I was told that OLED TVs tend to have higher input delay than gaming monitors.

but in my case, I dont understand the difference. Maybe someone here can explain, but i just want to know if there’s a significant difference in response time between my PC monitor and OLED TV.

Thoughts on using the QD6 4K QLED for PS5?

I initially bought the QD6 43” for my switch 2, so not a very big commitment. I ended up getting a PS5 pro the other day and it looks great on the QD6.

I was wondering though, for those who use a PS5, would it be good to stick with this TV?

Let me know your thoughts and experiences, thanks.

▲ 32 r/Saros

Just got a PS5 with Saros, didn’t realize it’s a successor to Returnal. Should I play that first?

So, I’m new to PS in general as the last sony console I has was a PS2. I saw Saros looked really cool and was an exclusive to PS5 so I bought it with the ps5 pro.

later on I realized returnal was from the same devs/type of game. Now I’m conflicted if I should even start with Saros, even though I bought it. Returnal is free for me with the PS Plus subscription.

I did hear Returnal is much harder so Saros is better to learn, but idk if Returnal would feel dated/not as fun after coming from Saros.
