How do I stop this pattern

I just got heartbroken again by a guy I kept giving chances to. He would show up when he wanted something, take what he needed, then leave. And every time I still hoped maybe this time he’d stay.

I realized I’ve been doing this my whole adult life looking for love and attention from people because I never really got it at home. Even when they showed me who they were, I kept giving more chances.

The part that hit me hardest is that the way I wait for these men to finally choose me is the exact same way I’ve been waiting for my dad to show up and love me… up until now.

I don’t want to keep ending up in the same place. How do you actually stop this pattern when it’s been your normal for so long?

Wueeh!

The other day I went to my boyfriend’s house without calling or texting him beforehand. Normally, I always call or text to ask if he’s around before I go over, but this time I just showed up.

He was really pissed and told me that I shouldn’t come to his house without letting him know first. I understand that it’s his space and I probably should have told him, especially since I usually do.

But honestly, I didn’t think it would be such a big deal because I’m his girlfriend and I spend a lot of time at his place anyway.

Was I actually being disrespectful by showing up without telling him, or was his reaction too strong?

Till money do us apart

Sometimes you think you’re in love until money gets involved or life really hits you. When you’re in shit and genuinely need help, and your partner can’t even chip in or show up for you… wueeh. What is love if your partner can’t be there when you need them most? 😭 anyways mnipeee kazi around Nakuru.

Is my body rejecting my bf?

I've been dating my bf for about 3 months now, and ever since we started having sex, I've never really gotten wet. I'm extremely dry every time, and I also don't really feel horny, even though I love him so much.

He's started saying that maybe I don't actually have feelings for him because of it, but that's not true at all. I care about him deeply, and it's making me feel confused and worried. I keep wondering if my body is somehow rejecting him, or if there's something wrong with me.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can you love someone and still struggle with arousal and vaginal dryness? What could be causing it, and what helped you?
