Mini PC Capable of running MSFS

Due to the logistics of my apartment, I am not able to have a desktop tower anywhere close to my desk (my desk which is built inside of a wall). Currently I use a wireless keyboard/mouse and wireless HDMI for my monitor. However, this will not work for flight simming, since I will need a yoke, throttle quadrant, etc. Does anyone know of a mini PC that has enough horsepower to run either MSFS, or MSFS 2024?

Before I moved to my current apt, I was running MSFS on my desktop, which has an AMD Ryzen 3700x cpu, AMD Radeon 5700xt gpu, and 32GB RAM; I would want at the bare minimum a system that is comparable.

Edit: since I still have that desktop, I am willing to cannabilize it for the gpu, which I could run externally.

Grey Ham

I purchased Boars Head deli ham that was prepackaged today from the grocery store. It was promptly placed in the fridge when I got home. This evening, I opened it up...and it's very grey (I was unable to see the coloration of the ham due to the packaging). I am guessing that it is bad....or is there any other reason it would look like this?

I already have a sensitive stomach. I do not want to play food poisioning roulette.

Tried To Use Shipping Platform - Only 1 Out of 4 Worked

I needed to ship a large, but not (relatively) heavy item. Because shipping directly with a carrier was going to be so expensive, I decided to look into a third party solution (ie Shipstation). I had very little luck; it took me 4 different companies before I was successful:

  • PirateShip: I got all the way thru creating a label, and then it would not accept my payment. I tried my debit card, and then a Privacy card tied to my bank account. When I tried a chat support, I was instructed to send them a photo of myself as well as a government issued ID with a picture. I am not doing that to purchase a shipping label
  • ShipStation: As soon as I attempted to create an account, it immediately was locked. I gave up on them.
  • Stamps.com: Creating an account failed, and indicated to call customer support. I did, they walked me thru account setup, and it seemed good. I completed the call before verifying that I was able to actually use the account. I guess you can see where this is going.....
  • Shippo: SUCCESS!!! YAY!!!

Is it me? Or is it really this difficult to create and use one of the shipping platforms?

▲ 6 r/GV60

I have a relatively new-to-me 2025 GV60 Standard RWD. I just charged it to 100% for the first time before a day trip tomorrow (I normally keep it between ~25% and 80%). It is now showing as having 355 miles of range. This is quite a bit over what I was expecting. Should I realistically expect to get close to that?

Also, to maximize my range between charging, what is the best way to drive? I usually keep it in iPedal, and use Eco mode. Are these the most efficient settings?
