Last year people were in disbelief that they will get seats at 520/30 so we used to see less 500+ in social media

A dentist performed RCT on my upper molar teeth(16th)
And the GP material broke the bone and got into maxillary sinus.Also there is leakage of ZoE material in bone.

Have taken multiple consultation including ENT consultation.ENT guy says that ENT involvement is not needed.
Now my question to all of you is how do we move forward
