I already have some restaurants saved. But I am traveling on a budget and also prefer to grab something on the go rather than spend time in a sit-down restaurant when I travel. So I’d like to hear if there are any vegan places where I can just get a slice of pizza to go. Also maybe some snacks or ready-made meals I can buy from supermarkets.

Every time I try to make something similar to pancakes it turns out to be a total disaster. Tried chickpea omelette for the first time and the bottom got stuck to the pan while the rest remained gooey. I liked the taste but hate the cooking process. Would it work if I try to cook it in a microwave oven?

any ideas of what I can use to replace a hard boiled egg yolk in a salad? I use tofu instead of egg whites and black salt for the flavor but would love to have « yolk » as well
Bought some cilantro in a pot at a supermarket today. I expected it to be in soil and was going to repot it but it actually looks like this. I am confused, am I supposed to pot it or is it meant for a single use and this thingy is just supposed to keep it fresh for longer? There are no instructions on the packaging
