How do you handle 2 fulltime jobs in the long run?

Long post ahead 🤭

Hello guys. I just want to ask those who have 2 jobs what are your thoughts about this, kasi i’m planning to take the offer of the 2nd job.

My J1 is under VA agency, and as per contract we can take other jobs just make sure di maapektuhan jobs namin sakanila. My work is mid from 5pm-2am. I only do email org, tracking customer journey updating tracker. Around 5hrs tpos ko na tasks ko and madami pakong freetime.

Based on the experience of those who have been VAs under Agencies, is there a stability in agency? Or minsan months pa lang bigla ka nalang din mawawalan ng client? As someone that has own family need ko talaga ng stable na work

Which is why i’m planning to take the 2nd job. Actually mas una kong inapplyan to kesa sa VA, mas late lng nag progress kasi late na din ako nag reach out ako sa dati kong manager pra magpatulong, for rehire kasi ako dto.
Corpo job, wfh, morning shift but i will take calls. 😭 Stable, may govt benefits and hmo.

May biggest problem is kung kaya ko ba sya in the long run since 2 full time. And iniisip ko kasi if diko kukunin yung 2nd job, baka bigla ako mawalan ng client sa VA and by that time baka hindi na rin ako matanggap dto sa wfh na corpo job since nilakad na sya ng dati kong manager tpos di ako nag proceed.

Appreciate those who will give advice! Thank youuu 🙏

Stability in VA Agency?

Hello I just want to ask, based on the experience of those who have been VAs under Agencies, how many months or years did you last? Is there really stability unlike direct clients?

I have a friend who is a VA, he only stays with his direct clients for around a year or months. So when I joined the VA agency I felt there was stability, but the agency also said that its possible for the client to let go. They said they would find you a new client again, the question is up until when ka maghihintay kay new client and if you will still get paid if that happens.

Which is why, I took another 2nd job. They are a direct company and not a BPO but I will take calls, it is WFH so I took it. Gagawin ko syang safety net just in case mag let go si client, pero wag naman sana hahahaha. Also there are hmo, govt benefits, I will just change my self-employed sa govt benefits ko.

I'm working morning shift at my 2nd job, while mid shift at VA. Ang iniisip ko is sana tumagal ako sa ganitong set up Hahahahaha, because VA has high income and safety at the 2nd job. For those who have 2 VA jobs, what do u guys think? Also give me tips on how to combine 2 jobs or avoid burn out. Thank youuuu
