2010 Ralliart being sluggish?
So i have a 2010 Ralliart that I bought about 5 years ago. I had the SST rebuilt shortly after that and jts been my daily ever since. Never any other major issues besides som wear/tear items.
Today, I went to work in the morning (short 3 minute 50km/h drive), didnt notice anything unusual. After work I went to the next town over via the highway (100km/h) and noticed the car felt like jt wasn't quite as peppy as normal. so on the drive I sped up and slowed down, shift through gears etc to see what i could notice.
shifting through gears seems fine, no noticeable lagging or anything else happening there.
acceleration however... when I was going say 80km/h, and dropped to 4th gear and pressed the gas most if not all the way, she would just kinda steadily climb up to 100 but with absolutely NO desire or 'oomph' to get there. Normally doing that would give me some decent acceleration...
and thats basically how it was no matter what. I had the pedal to the floor at times and it just kinda mosied its way on up to 100km/hr.
the only things of note: I am probably due for a trans fluid refresh (it has about 55k km since rebuild, and I have changed fluids once already at 25k km). its due for an oil change this week, and at the same time is getting 3 kinda loose idler tensioners/pulleys replaced.
how fucked am I? :(
Automotive paint shop for full car repaint?
looking at potentially getting my car repainted, im curious if there's any places local?
If so, whats an average cost?
For reference, I have a small 4 door sedan. There's a bit of rust along one side, and a couple holes in the trunk lid that would need patching. I would also have a few new panels (front bumper, side skirts) to replace the current factory parts, if that makes any difference. I would be looking for either a full white or black paint job.
Thanks!
Splitter for evo-conversion bumper?
im making myself a list of parts I would like to buy to finally properly customize my Ralliart.
I have a question though: does anyone know of any front lips/splitters that WILL fit an Evo-style front bumper conversion for the Lancer?
I dont want to spend a few hundred dollars on a "it should fit" and be left SOL, lol.
T.I.A.
Simple, fast & easy to prepare.
been my breakfast going on close to a year now. 1 scoop powder, 2 scoops granola & a half jar of yogurt (sometimes a full container if im feeling a little hungrier). And a mug of Nabob dark roast.
Is this thing supposed to run basically 24/7??
it'll run for about an hour, shut off for maybe 30 seconds, then run again. especially now that the outdoor weather has finally started reaching 20°C, and my apartment temps are set to 19/20°C.
