Found half of a 20 dinar note, can I exchange it?
I found half of a 20 Tunisian dinar banknote. It looks like it was torn cleanly in the middle, and I couldn’t find the other half.
Is there any way to exchange it at a bank or the Central Bank, or is it considered worthless without the other half?
