So , i bought a new sim card , new device , using a VPN

i recently changed my device 3 days ago

I have college friends with whom i share dark humour n everything

8 months aafely no reban or AI detection

( i have posted similiar pics and similiar username )

AND I GOT A COMMUNITY GUIDELINES REMINDER , ANDDDDD IT SPECIFICALLY STATES " PROTECTION OF CHILDREN "

AM I ABOUT TO GET A CSE AUTOMATED BAN LIKE THE REST OF EVERYONE 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔

( i have no history of CSE bans , just an account integrity normie )

So , i have been seeing many cases where people are worried that SOC and CSE cases are a deadend and......people don't get their account backs , GAC doesn't work , you go to jail blah blah

So I want to share my case

I had an account which was banned in January 2026 , it was instantly disabled after facial scan for CSE , it later changed to SOC by itself

180 days had passed when I filed this appeal , so ...META DOES NOT Delete YOUR DATA AFTER 180 DAYS , if you have been disabled , your account is permanently locked , for life

I came to know about GAC , and filed a complaint on 25 may

On June 3 , my account came back instantly through GAC , no checks , no rebans , nothing

I did not change my email , my phone number , my device , it's working absolutely fine

My case number was 19098 , today , the backlog is of 55,000 cases

So if your CSE and SOC account isn't back , it's due to the insane backlog , but they WILL SEE YOUR CASE ATLEAST ONCE

I wanted to spread hope amongst y'all

If the GAC website was officially shut down , it wouldn't be allowing you to enter captcha and phone number

Now the problem is that GAC website is handled by NIC , the national informatics centre...

And the NIC is run by ? ......Infosys....a tier 3 IT company

They are so pathetic that even the JEE portal crashes during exams , IRCTC exam during tatkal , and my father was applying for SSC CGL exam , voh website bhi crashed yesterday

So ......the website simply crashed , the portal will come back within 2-4 days max......don't worry

GAC was formed by the IT rules 2021 parliament act , it won't get shut down so casually , unless there is official intervention by high courts .....

So don't spread panic , relax.......and congrats to Indians who filed foreign appeals .....the govt will now tighten the rules 😴😴

IF I CANNOT UPLOAD MY LITERAL FREAKIN ID , than how am I supposed to appeal ?? 😭😭

Even the help and support staff won't help

They say " you should wait " HOW LONG ?? and why do you have an imaginary cooldown when you know desperate and scared people will retry

I tried grievance portal , email , everything , WHY IS INSTAGRAM DOING THIS TO MEEE
