2009 grand turismo 33k miles,bad wiring and it dosent start. A decent 2012 in PR is like 30-35k because of the tax on all cars. How much would it cost to fix it up? And if its better to just get a good condition one

I have those in mind,theres a 2015 rcf for 40k and 56k miles,also another option is a 2019 rcf 10th anniversary 57k and 34k miles. The IS is a 2022 48k and 20k miles
I have been in a rcf before and compared to my 2004 matrix its super super low and the seats are more like inclined and like im looking a little up at the windsheild and thats a new thing for me since i havent been in a low car like that before(idk if im explaining it well).i havent been in a IS yet tho
