Garrity Gunleather Shoulder Holster

I've been looking for a reason to start shooting my shockwave again after long neglecting it compared to my stocked scatterguns. I wondered if anyone made a shoulder holster for them. Low and behold I found two main companies. Andrew Costom Leather and Garrity's Gunleather. I went with Garrity's and was not disappointed.

If I were to redo things I would probably go with Andrew Leather due to the weight imbalance between shoulders, but the belt loops help keep things even. I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet due to breaking my left collar bone two days before it came in, but these photos are while I was test fitting it. Hopefully it works gor a nice range to or a "just for fun" setup for local competitions.

Possible Vstrom 800

I had a 2006 Vstrom 1000 in the past and loved it. I moved to an MT09, but it wasn'tas good for longer distance trips (I know, surprise lol). I recently came across a few 2024 brand new Vstrom 800 RE's that would be about 8600 OTD at the moment. I could probably work them down a little more because they have about 20 of them listed.

Any thoughts on the subject? I was wanting something for long trips and light off road and single up road trip riding. I wasn't aware if there was a reason that there was so many unsold 2024's/possible issues I hadn't heard about? Thank you in advance for any advice or information!

I haven't been shooting in a couple months and wanted to see if I could still put shots on target at 100 yards with my trusty Little J frame. I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was. My first cylinder I had a headshot and a center torso shot. That was my best round though. After 8 cylinders I was averaging just over one shot per five round cylinder.

I tried placing the target behind the 16-in gong on the 6th cylinder, I hit the gong but it did not hit the paper so I proceeded to move the Target in front of the gong. Quite a few shots were on the left side of the stand I was using. I have the average issue of shooting left lol. Overall there was about 6 it's on the stand on the edge of the target, and then the eight on paper. I'll get some practice in and see what I can do next time I'm on the Range.
