I am someone who has only played the prologue and chapter 1. I am still waiting on the better translation (The current one is ass, not going to lie).

I have watched many of Melody Nosurname's videos, and the outro was always something I enjoy listening to, but it has been hard finding the exact song.
I have been thinking of VN ideas that would be at most 30 minutes to an hour, but no matter what I can only thing of ideas that are at least 5-8 hours which isn't good for a writer who hasn't written any full stories and at the same time a starter at Ren'Py.
All I can ask is: Can you guys give me any short ideas that I could maybe bring to life?
I have been writing one character's personality for a few hours now when I realised I barely written anything. It makes me question how much time it will take me to finish the full description.
In the past months I have been trying to make a fangan, but I always got to working on a new one a few days later. I tried to make a smaller one, but I never could find a fangan idea that would stick with me.
I made over 10-15 fanganronpa ideas. I feel burnt out a little, but my dream is to make my own danganronpa. Over these months I started to get intimated by making a fangan that has 10-12 or more characters. It's sad because there can only be a few cases that aren't obvious that small of a cast.
I'm also getting very unmotivated because of my writing (I haven't even written a full story yet). My writing is what makes me want to never to a great idea because I know it will be executed poorly.
I might be depressed (Don't take it as 100%), so that also might be a factor.
I would like to hear your thoughts.

I want to play DRA and SDRA, but playing the games with the mystery aspect stripped away feels kind of miserable because I already know who dies, so all I can do is watch them acting all happy and stuff then just dying.
