Legal question about ada/hipaa and pay

So, I work for the city in the parks department, in Montana. my employer found out I had epilepsy, even though it’s controlled and I had already been working fine there for over a month/can perform any job with no issue. This past Tuesday, they then forced me to stay home from work until I got a letter from my doctor stating I can perform all essential job duties with no restrictions. I brought my job description with me, which my boss gave me, to the doctors office and gave it to his nurse and explained the situation.

Few hours later, my doctor calls me. He told me he had been talking to my boss on the phone (without my consent, problem #1) about my job duties and going over them, and that he was afraid to write it, but ended up talking to a neurologist there and said it would be okay. So the doctor writes one and now has full knowledge of my work duties provided by my boss (while violating ada and hipaa).

It took a day to get it, but I got the letter Wednesday morning and immediately confirmed that HR received it. The letter, verbatim, states: “he is able to return to work and perform all work duties with zero restrictions effective immediately”. HR received that letter Wednesday, at 10 am.

Days go by. I call HR once an hour, leaving voicemails that are never returned. My boss will barely speak to me. HR just literally wont. I finally get a hold of someone else from HR and she says some woman named Melissa has been in charge of my case this whole time and I’d need to speak to her.

I call Melissa, she answered today. Asked her what was going on with the situation and she literally says “I tried to call your doctor two days ago to discuss your job duties but no one has called back”. I told her that you’ve already received the letter days ago, he already illegally spoke with my boss about all the work duties and the doctor knows everything. Her response: “You will be terminated from this job if you don’t let me talk to your doctor.”

Also keep in mind, they’ve been just keeping me in the dark and have had the work approval letter for days while I’m not getting paid.

So! Questions here… they’re holding my job hostage until I break the law and violate my rights. And they refuse to pay me even though I’m forced to be at home and they’ve had my approval letter since Wednesday morning.

What kind of case do I have here? Because I know I definitely have one. I just need something more technical. And if I don’t somehow have a case, let me know, but they called my work without consent and now they’re forcing me to let them talk again. Even the RISK MANAGEMENT lady at the hospital thought this was all weird and insane. Thoughts??

Simple question. I own it, think I got it on a good sale a longgggg time ago, but is it worth playing still? I’m only asking cause I know it’s a mp centric game but I’d like to play some more solo fallout and I’ve played 4 tooooo many times. Thank for info in advance! :)

EDIT: unlike all of my other online games, this is kind of a piece of shit. Sorry, thank you for all your replies, but uninstalling now.

All of the dialogue doesn’t match up and freezes and picking up items takes 10 seconds leaving me wondering if I’ve actually acquired them… then having to go back and make sure. Nah. I’ll continue playing starfield.
