Icecream cake
I made this cake for my mothers birthday. When asked what kind of cake she wanted, she (after thinking for a long time) challenged me with making an icecream cake, but with cookie layers inbetween, instead of actual cake.
It took a while, but I'm definitely happy with the result! And it tasted absolutely delicious!
Made a cookie dough base, rolled in in to circles and baked them. Then used store bough iceacream for the layers. Topped with a chocolate ganache, some walnuts and cookie crumbles.
