I find the normal seasonal hub quick play strikes so absolutely boring. It’s way too easy and you can’t change the difficulty. I don’t understand this because they can also just add nightfalls to the seasonal hub playlist as well. You only face champions in harder content and you have to find a team for it. I started playing nightfalls even if you get like 0 rewards for them because the vanguard alert strikes are just so easy and boring. Yea I could play higher difficulty missions and stuff but what if I don’t care to look for a team everytime. Nightfalls I at least have matchmaking and decent fun throughout the playlist. Before, I would run nightfalls normally and I could get decent loot for it, but now if I run a nightfall I may get a level 300 armor when I’m light level 430. It’s a more difficult playlist but now bungie just wants us to run vanguard alert quick play and you get 10x better look for mediocre easy work. I don’t know if other long time destiny players feel this way about it but i definitely do.
