I worked at companies who gave us google apps and slack for all communication and life was easy , all i had to install on my personal iPhone is slack for not missing out any updates and work gmail was available on all mail after syncing … life was good , work was consuming only slack space on my phone

And coming back to today I recently joined a mnc and they have this microsoft stack and it’s so confusing.
First it wont let me sign in to anything without making me approve it from the authenticator app which i have to install on personal iphone and that app sizes around 200mb! And Teams its so size consuming nearly 500mb but fine i need something installed on my phone for quick access right,Then comes outlook with 430mb, i have no way other than installing it cause i cant add it on my gmail or apple mail because of some security issues!
Now the thing is my storage space on my personal iphone is almost full consumed by these Microsoft family of apps

Please help me with a trick to get everything in a single app (if there is way to sync teams and outlook) or any web browser solutions(i think it won’t work cause i would need to sign in every other day) or any way to sync outlook to gmail or applemail inboxes(i tred both and the Microsoft exchange on my company portal wont let anything other than outlook to recieve mail!) So i am new to this Microsoft stack , pls help me out if anyone figured out how to fix your personal phone not to get consumed with these work applications , Thanks

It was her birthday GF22 few months into when we started dating , she turned 22 that day and i M23 made sure iam the one who wishes her the first by calling her at 12am (and also wanted to meet her and gift her something that night itself but couldn’t do the meeting part because of her strict college hostel rules, ) later i bought her all the chocolates i could get with her favourite flavour( i put a great effort collecting them all!) and when we met we had a great date and that was my bday gift for her.. I can spent a lot on her because I was getting paid good with my job and i only had her to spoil

And after few more months into dating i proposed her and she became my gf and life is good but we are maintaining a long distance relationship..

And yesterday Its was my birthday , i turned 24 and i waited for the wish at 12am from none other than but her meanwhile she totally forgot to wish me midnight for some reason and didnt care to call me that night… she texted me asking me for something else at 12:30am and i left the messages on read without reply and that might made her think what’s wrong and suddenly she remembered its my birthday and she sent a happy birthday msg at 1:43 along with a sorry message!
Its totally fine to forget someone’s birthday and im not expecting anything more from her but a sweet call ! I waited the whole night for a call from her! And she know i sleep late and i can pick her call anytime regardless of time and place but She slept like a baby after that text at 1:43..

So i ghosted her first a while without replying her birthday wish and she must have realised what she have done and later that early morning she did something that really pissed me off and i need your help validating it.

She causally soft launched me on her private account posting an instagram story with a photo of us with a sweet caption and birthday wishes .. just like that..(even though she used to hide all the comments i added under her posts)
It left me in surprise and doubt thinking if she hid her entire story viewers for that story !! She is a very honest person and thats what i love most about her and I asked her if she was hiding it from all her other followers for that birthday wish story and she confronted and said yes wondering how did i figure it out..She thought ill never know that and i can’t believe she actually spent that much time selecting that much profiles one to one for a fake ig story to fool me!
I later spent my birthday on a bar alone and called her and asked why she doing this to me and she had no answers but sorry. If she woulve spent a 10 seconds in calling and wishing me i wouldn’t be posting this here, i really god sad, cried and got really mad at her and i said texted her saying tht i need a break in this relationship.
Now she is sending me a lot a sorry messages and missed calls after that incident!
The only effort she put was to hide her friends to see me through her story!
Or isit too much to expect a birthday wish call from a long distance girlfriend?

I booked a premium sea facing hotel in varkala for today and tomorrow costing 10000inr but at last minute my friend couldn’t make it so im left with no option other than cancelling it or changing it to another date .
