MacBook Air screen went from vertical lines to completely dead. Cheap third-party replacement options?

Hey guys,
I'm facing a major emergency with my MacBook Air display. A few hours ago, the screen started showing severe vertical lines and heavy flickering.
Now, it has gone completely black and died altogether. The computer itself is still alive underneath, but the display is completely unresponsive.
I am facing a major financial crunch right now and absolutely cannot afford the official Apple repair fee, which is basically the price of a new laptop. I have to look into local, independent third-party repair options to swap out the screen.
For those who have gone the cheap/third-party route for a Mac screen replacement:
• How much did it end up costing you out-of-pocket?
• How is the quality of a budget/aftermarket screen compared to the original? Do things like True Tone or brightness suffer significantly?
• Is it safe to let an independent shop do this, or is there a high risk of them ruining the logic board?
Appreciate any advice or budget-friendly tips you can throw my way.

MacBook Air M1 screen completely dead. Best budget/cheap repair shops in Delhi

Hey everyone,
My MacBook Air screen just completely gave out on me and I am in a massive bind. It started with severe vertical lines, color distortion, and flickering, and now the display has gone completely black/ dead. The laptop itself is still turning on (the keyboard lights up and it runs in the background), but the screen is entirely gone.
Official Apple Authorized Centers are quoting astronomical prices ($45,000+) which I absolutely cannot afford right now. My budget is incredibly tight, money is a major issue, and paying that much is completely out of the question.
I know Nehru Place or Gaffar Market are the go-to hubs for third-party repairs, but I've never had to get a Mac fixed there and I'm terrified of getting ripped off or getting a terrible fake panel.
Can anyone recommend specific, trusted, and cheap shops (with shop numbers/names if possible) that do reliable Mac screen replacements?

What is a realistic, rock-bottom price I should expect to pay at Nehru Place for a third-party MacBook Air screen replacement?

Are there any specific scams or red flags I need to watch out for when dealing with local tech technicians there?
Any leads or shared experiences would honestly save my life right now. Thank you so much.
