Need help/advice

I’ve been doing mm since January. Morning cleanse daily and some days a little bit of avocado , other days just steamed potatoes in the afternoons.
I’ve completed 4 advanced 369s. My main symptoms being debilitating anxiety and panic. I can’t drive or leave the house solo. I’ve definitely felt my anxiety lessen and become more manageable day to day. But I’m still not where I would like to be. I understand it will take some time to feel better.

Recently, my husband told me he will be flying for work and be gone for 3 days. I stay home with my kids. But whenever he’s away for work my sleep isn’t good at all. And my anxiety and panic are heightened. Normally, we have someone come and stay with me, but this time we won’t be able to ask anyone too. We moved across the country a few years ago and have no one we can really call on.

With that being said, ever since he told me about the trip yesterday - it’s all I can think about. And my anxiety and panic seemed to be heightened throughout the day and night. And I’m having a hard time sleeping or feeling calm.

I’m trying to do 4 more a369 cleanses before he goes to hopefully feel a little better. But should I try doing 2 HMDS smoothies daily to help with getting the metals out? Maybe adding some brain shots? Or different supplements?

I take lemon balm daily, magnesium and melatonin.

Healing from anxiety

I have really debilitating anxiety and panic. It’s started 6 years ago out of the blue. Just going for a walk solo or driving anywhere or being alone in the house overnight and my anxiety and panic go haywire.
I’ve been doing morning cleanse , with HMDS, very limited fat. Like maybe twice a week I have 1/2 an avocado some weeks I have 0 fat. **All since January of this year.

But I’m definitely noticing a shift in my overall anxiety a bit from the HMDS.

But I still can’t act “normal” yet, and don’t feel safe doing the above activities.

For ppls who overcame panic and anxiety did you have to rewire or retrain your brain somehow to not do the same anxious/panic loop constantly throughout the day? Or did mm alone fix everything? Thank you!!

Getting sick when around daycare families

I don’t know if I’m the only one. But I’m a SAHM with a 4 and 6 year old. And we’re next to never sick. Neighbourhood kids will even come play regularly on the driveway with our kids around ages 4-6 too.

But we had a little get together 2 weeks ago and the little guy was 1.5 an goes to daycare. He seemed to just have a runny nose. But for 2 weeks now , we’ve all been so sick!! And it’s crazy how much it affects literally everything!!

We never see people when we’re sick, bc we despise getting sick after seeing ppls. And here we are all sick as dogs for what feels like forever and with the most debilitating symptoms.

What are your guys tricks for not getting super sick by daycare kids? It’s so frustrating.
