When Flights are changed (Involuntarily), how long is shortest layover permitted for domestic to Int'l transfer (Japan) ?

United recently "adjusted" my return flight time for an itinerary originating in FUK . New flight they suggested would be 30 min layover at HND (with a terminal change!) . Was able to revise to an earlier flight

My Q -- why would United's algos permit such a ridiculously short layover in the 1st place ?

Brake light turned on during rental-

Rented about a week ago -- car now mentions brake pads need to be checked . Red "brake light now lit

Called local Enterprise, guy said to get checked if I so choose but otherwise not to worry

Will this be noticed when I return in a few days?

( car has no symptoms beyond dash light)

Worth exchanging a car with brake warning light on? Car has 27k miles , no symptoms (BMW 200 series)

Rented at airport location few days ago. Local branch says best to keep if no other troubles.

When returning, will lit brake light be considered anything beyond std maintenance issue

Driver did not pick us up, claimed ride taken ( my acct was not pin protected then)

Disputed with Uber, they refunded 25% , refuse further engagement

Is this well known scam? Any way for stranded passenger to " prove" ride not taken?
