38F Looking for exc and accountability partner

I’m a 38 year-old female from Singapore looking for a female accountability buddy (or a small group) to build healthier habits together.
My goals are:
• 🚶 Walk 8,000–10,000 steps most days
• 💪 Exercise 3–5 times a week
• 🥗 Eat healthier and lose weight gradually
• 😴 Build healthy daily habits like sleeping on time, staying hydrated, and being consistent
I’m not looking for competition or perfection—just someone who is genuinely committed to becoming healthier. It would be great to have daily or regular check-ins where we encourage each other, celebrate small wins, and stay accountable.
I’m hoping to find someone with a similar positive mindset—someone who wants to lift each other up rather than make excuses or pull each other down. We all have off days, but I’d love a buddy who’s willing to keep trying and help each other stay on track.
Ideally, someone in Singapore or a similar time zone would be great, but I’m open to anyone who’s kind, supportive, and committed.
