Where to play basketball in batumi?

Does anyone know where to play basketball? I saw an indoor court in the maps but couldn't find any details on how to join for a game. I found a few basketball courts near Pirosmani street but looks like people play football there. Anyone here hoops?

water cut off for 4 hours in Batumi. Is it normal?

My apartment had 4 hours without water in Batumi. This is the second or third time this is happening this month. Wondering if this was a city wide issue or just my building. ( Near Pirosmani street)

Container Terminal Toll gate (suspecting scam by toll staff)

Just an incident that I came across and suspect some wrong doing and wanted to know if this a possible scam or not. Maybe it's not but felt the staff at the toll gate was very sketchy.

We were travelling from high court towards the city and went via the toll plaza in container terminal road. The staff there was very strange and said they cant read the fast tag and they asked to adjust the car and I I did so. She asked me to google pay and asked how much money is in the fast tag account. Its a sedan and I told we have money and the fast tag should read as there is no issues while we use it via other toll places. I said it should read as I know for a fact it works. She then waited and was intentionally waiting so that the traffic builts up and then asked if I can google pay the amount. The whole idea of the fast tag is to not stop the traffic. She then asked my car number plate (which she can clearly see in the screen) and showed me a QR and I had to pay. People where honking and I didnt want to hold traffic so I paid Rs. 81.25 to the QR shown in the computer screen by the lady employee there. I later checked the payment shows a lady's name and not an organization name like tol plaza or RTO. I suspect the lady toll money to take money to her personal account.

Is 81.25 the amount for one way for a sedan? Did I get scammed? If it's a scam, I would like to report this and this could be happening to other people as well.

Gamarjoba folks!

I am trying to properly understand the **90 days in any 180-day period** rule for Georgia (I enter visa-free using UAE residence).

My timeline:

* 06 Feb 2026 → 10 Feb 2026 (4 days in Georgia)

* Re-entered: 04 April 2026

* Planning to exit: **25 June 2026**

I believe this is a **sliding/rolling window**, not a reset. I could be wrong.

### Questions:

  1. If I exit on June 25, **can I re-enter Georgia after ~3 months (late September / early October) and get a full 90 days again?**

  2. Alternatively, can I enter only after 6 months ( Dec 25 2026)?

  3. Has anyone here actually re-entered within the same 180-day window successfully after a shorter stay?

  4. In practice, do immigration officers follow the rolling calculation strictly, or do they expect a clean 90 days → long exit pattern?

Not trying to overstay in any means. I just want to understand how this works **in practice vs theory**.

Appreciate any real experiences 🙏
