Ok this is really random but I watched an interview with the actress Ella Bright (Off Campus) and someone commented 'how does she sound so eloquent and well spoken when she's only 19?' and multiple people replied 'because she reads' NO it's not because she reads, it's because she was raised in London and has a posh southern accent 😭 I read all the time but I still sound like an uneducated prick just because I'm from Bradford. Basically it's just people assuming people with the RP accent have that because they're educated and they read and anyone with regional accents sound like that because they're stupid

Idk it just does my head in because I see it all the time, this was just one example.

My teacher is having a baby and I want to buy her a present but idk whether buying her something baby related is inappropriate? And even if it is fine, I'm not sure what to get her anyway because she has another child so probably already has toys and stuff. I've always wanted to take lessons but my parents can't afford it so I'm going to look for free videos on YouTube. Which YouTube channels have the best lessons for complete beginners? Thank you!

Hottake... I'm rewatching s5 rn and I actually think Adam is really sweet with ruby - like he's so supportive of her and he really cares and wants her to get better

I know it was really toxic because he was with Rachel and it was very one-sided on ruby's side but a part of me kinda wants to see what they could have been like together

But I also dislike Rachel and Adam together so maybe I'm just trying to think of an alternate ending where they don't get married and she goes to find Eddie instead 😭
