I am feeling a little anxious because I got the warning that it could get suspended since sometimes I pay it and pull it out a few days later. This did happen before I hit green status for August. Had any one gotten restricted yet? And for how long?
I hate that I rely on Borrow/After Pay but even with cutting take out and getting coffee out things are super tight.

So I live in a “luxury” apartment in FL that has your classic breezeway shared by four apartments and we all have valet trash that comes around 7pm and we are not allowed to have trash in bins before 5pm and after pick up due to our trash policy and raccoons. Trash that needs to be thrown away after pick up or on days that there is no valet there is a compactor on site of the community available for use.
There is a family across from me whose door/trash bin is right by the stair case (we live on the third floor) and for the last weeks has been putting trash out after pick up with food in the trash bags and the raccoons have been shredding their trash every single day- there has been raw chicken, beverages, food, and even sanitary pads spread across the walk way to even my apartment. There has been a few times that I have almost slipped leaving and entering my apartment.
I am on the fence for reaching out to my property management because they have threatened us all in the past with $250 fines in regards to not following the trash ordinance and this family in particular has dealt with issues with the property management due to some stuff with their children. I think they could be experiencing some personal problems as I have heard screaming in the past.
Me and the neighbors have said hi and bye to each other and small talk in regards to how the community really does not provide much to its tenants- I don’t know how to bring up the topic of the trash with them or if I should.
Has anyone else resolved this type of issue with a neighbor?
