Is it possible to distinguish northwest AASI from southern AASI from this model?

As you can see, my sample passed with a very high p value even with Lao_hoabinhian as a source pop. So my question is, could this mean that the AASI in Indus MedAASI represents my Northwestern AASI specifically, which would equate to roughly 15% northwest/Indus valley related AASI (medAASI contains 30% AASI, 70% west eurasian farmer, so 50.4% x 0.3 = 15.12%). While the Lao_hoabinhian source represents my southern/tribal AASI, which is 40.2%

The p value goes down significantly if I use indus lowAASI or Indus highAASI, so using medAASI is the most accurate. So does this model allow me to somewhat distinguish my northwestern AASI from my southern AASI? I'm curious to hear what people think. (This my first time playing around with qpadm so any feedback is welcome)

Can someone do a specific qpadm run for me?

Using the AADR 2M dataset, can someone do a run using Tajikistan_C_Sarazm, Ong.SG and Central Steppe MLBA as the source pops? There's something that I want to test, but idk how to use qpadm nor do I have a good computer to run it. I'll DM the link for the DNA file

Thoughts on BPC 157?

BPC 157 is a synthetically made peptide that is supposed to regenerate tendons, ligaments, muscle etc. Apparently it works best when injected at or near the sight of the injury. Could it be used to repair annular tears in the spinal discs? Has anyone gotten a prescription for BPC 157 injections, and if so, what kind of doctor would be able to prescribe it? I doubt my local GP would, let alone even knows about it's existence

Has anyone had a microdiscectomy for a disc bulge specifically? (NOT a disc herniation).

I'm a 31M suffering from 2 broad based disc bulges which I've had for 12 years. It flared up badly almost 2 years ago and I constantly have Sciatica down my right leg. Even coughing or sneezing sends pain down my leg. I've exhausted all my conservative options (PT, Epidural injections, radiofrequency denervation). I still do PT exercises as it makes my core feel stronger. But I can't do simple tasks without sharp pain such as picking up stuff from the ground or sit/stand for a long time. I'm unable to jump or even jog without sciatica.

I'm seeing the neurosurgeon next week to discuss my MRI results and then will decide whether to get a microdiscectomy. But the thing is most people who get microdiscectomies have disc herniations rather than disc bulges. Is a microdiscectomy performed with a different technique for a broad based disc bulge vs a disc herniation?
