Is it possible to distinguish northwest AASI from southern AASI from this model?
As you can see, my sample passed with a very high p value even with Lao_hoabinhian as a source pop. So my question is, could this mean that the AASI in Indus MedAASI represents my Northwestern AASI specifically, which would equate to roughly 15% northwest/Indus valley related AASI (medAASI contains 30% AASI, 70% west eurasian farmer, so 50.4% x 0.3 = 15.12%). While the Lao_hoabinhian source represents my southern/tribal AASI, which is 40.2%
The p value goes down significantly if I use indus lowAASI or Indus highAASI, so using medAASI is the most accurate. So does this model allow me to somewhat distinguish my northwestern AASI from my southern AASI? I'm curious to hear what people think. (This my first time playing around with qpadm so any feedback is welcome)
