Maybelline vinyl ink

I bought lipsticks for my mother’s birthday, and I think I’ve been given wrong shades. They wouldn’t let me test it so i just have to believe them (ik my mistake). I asked for brown shades stay ons and she handed me maybelline vinyl super stay shade keen. And when i got home and tested it out. IT WAS PEACH. And wasn’t what I imagined. So my mother has ivory fair skin with pink undertones, so how does this lipstick look with it?? (If u tried it). Please help me out or I am thinking about exchanging it. I am confused 😭

How to enter designers job market?

Hey, I come from a science background but I figured along the way it wasn't working for me. So after graduation,6 months back, I started learning graphic design on my own and then enrolled into 2 month basic course, now I know how the software works and all that. Right now maybe its too early to have clients but I really want to be on the right foot step. I want to make portfolio pieces worth looking at, currently I am broke so I cant enroll into expensive courses , just wanted to know what should learn\practice that I can enter into the market.

Beginner Designer

Hey, I started learning graphic designing 6 months back. But I just feel like I am not good enough. I made a couple of pieces for portfolio and set up a Behance profile, applied to multiple jobs a week. No response, only responses I got back were a scam; selling me their resume services and pointing out mistakes in my resume. I mean which job recruiters points out your CV mistakes?! Sorry for the rant, but my real question is how do I get better at it, and make a portfolio stand out and get better at securing a job or finding clients? I am unemployed and it’s getting to me. I end up doomscrolling all day and losing interest in everything altogether.
