My friend told me to check steam, i went into the notifications seeing that he gifted me something but when i opened it there was nothing,just his nickname and the text saying i can claim it or reject it, is this some kind of glitch?

I've been thinking about making this post for a while, because I didn't really know how to write it without sounding like I'm just here to ask strangers for a free game.
I've been playing games for as long as I can remember, and LEGO games have always been some of the games I could just sit down with and have fun with without taking everything too seriously. There's something about the combination of stupid humor, ridiculous characters and completely over-the-top gameplay that I really enjoy.
For some reason, though, I somehow never got around to playing LEGO City Undercover.
I've seen gameplay of it over the years and it honestly looks like exactly the kind of game I'd enjoy. The open-world LEGO city, all the different disguises, vehicles, collectibles and the goofy story are pretty much everything I'd expect from a LEGO game.
If someone happens to have some spare money and wouldn't mind gifting me LEGO City Undercover, I'd genuinely be extremely grateful. I'm not expecting anyone to do it, and I completely understand if nobody does — there are plenty of other people here asking for games as well.
I'd also be happy just to meet some other people who love LEGO games and hear which one is their favorite. I've played quite a few of them over the years, so I'm always interested in seeing what other people grew up playing.

The game won't close out of the window until i stop it with the task manager and even when i do it's still "running" in background and taking up some of the ram, is this a common problem?
Ok,I know that its just one spray but i dont even know which one and i didnt get any sprays from oddities shop
