Confused between punch turbo and i20 nline n6

We are confused between these two, this is our first car, and we learning how to drive, considering punch because it's a family car with larger spaces and all, considering nline because of the sporty thing, worried about mileage and maintenance too, which one should we go for?

We are planning to buy a car, it's our first car. our current option is punch but confused whether to choose petrol or ev, our budget is hard stop 10L. Is it worth to buy Ev worth 12L, our commute currently myself and my brother is traveling by 2 wheeler, currently I've a commute of 25 km one side, i wont go every day but yeah almost ill travel for 3 days and for my brother also he had to travel for work.

Another point is that we can't park near our home, so couldn't charge from home, should always depend on charging stations, when I searched for nearby stations, there are stations ig, within 2km I'm not whether it's a public property or not but within 15km I'm pretty sure that we have one, should look and confirm whether we have any others.

We are considering Ev because we can travel for cheap with comfort.
