Is losing 25 lbs. enough weight to impact estrogen patch effectiveness?

I'm (58F) down about 27 lbs since January with about 10-12 more lbs to go to a goal weight of 145 at 5'8". I've been on HRT since 2024 (200 mg progesterone, .05mg estradiol patch, vaginal estrogen 2x/week, and T gel 3x/week.) I started compounded tirzepatide in mid-April. I felt great initially but about 3-4 weeks ago I noticed my energy has been slowly draining. I am in a full body fitness class 2-3 days/week for an hour w heavy weights and functional movement. I was getting 10k steps most days until the humidity outside got too uncomfortable so I had to back off. I joined a gym so I could do the treadmill instead but 1. treadmills bore me to death and 2. I'm tired. So honestly, my step count is down to 6k or so with occasional 10k+ days in the last month

In addition to daily vitamins which include a rotation of D3+K2; B-complex w hydroxocobalamin; liposomal C; magnesium complex; Omega-3 (and maybe a couple I'm not thinking of) I also take 5mg creatine and fortibone/verisol collagen. I'm tracking food intake and my protein hits around 90 grams which I believe is sufficient for my age and activity. With the exception of my collagen supplement, I get my protein from food sources with possibly 2 supplemental shakes per week. The rest is whole food protein. Fiber and carbs are tracked too but vary daily so I can't state a number. Digestion is extremely regular and better than ever. Water intake is at least 120 oz or more per day, I carry my cup everywhere. My sleep has continued to be very good, usually 7-9 hours/night.

I also have fibromyalgia but most of the symptoms faded away once I started the tirz. This current fatigue is taking me by surprise and it feels like the old chronic fatigue/ME feeling of just being zapped of energy. I'm also more irritable because I'm tired and I have brain fog again. No hot flashes though. It just occurred to me that since weight loss can cause loss of stored estrogen in fat, I might need a dose adjustment. I did look through old posts on this topic but I wasn't able to see if there was a weight loss threshold for impact to estrogen. Have I lost enough to make it reasonable that my fatigue is low estrogen? Does anyone have experience with specific weight loss amount and symptoms?

PS - tirz dose started at 1.5 mg and I am currently taking 3.5 mg weekly.

Is there anywhere to walk a dog inside?

I have a sweet little senior doggy who has collapsing trachea and heart disease. The humidity combined with the high temperatures make it impossible for me to take her for walks lately, even in the morning. It's just too humid and she has trouble breathing. I've already taken her to the mall and pushed her in a dog stroller, but she really wants to walk. Is there any place that would let me walk her inside?

I've been injecting air

EDITED TO ADD: vial was turned upside down before drawing up liquid. It was the last bit left in the bottle. The moral of this story is to wear your reading glasses to make sure you can see the tip of the needle reaching the fluid.

I'm still on my starter dose (1.5-2.5 mg) and I am amazed that my tiny vial still has anything in it. I mean, it wasn't even a quarter full when I got it but wow, it's lasting a long time. I've been losing weight pretty consistently, down 10-12 lbs. after 6 shots but I seemed to have hit a stall this week. I'll chalk it up to the antibiotics I had to take for 7 days. Come to think of it, I haven't been nauseous or had to take any Miralax for a while. I guess my body is adjusting to the medicati...

Wait a minute. The vial isn't empty. How full is this syringe? I better check it for air bubbles...tap, tap. Hmm, it looks ok. *Injects* That didn't sting this time, not even a little bit.

At this point, the light bulb turns on and I decide to put on my reading glasses. I check the syringe for any liquid residue. Nothing. I get a fresh needle, wipe and insert it into the vial. Peering closely, I see the needle peeking over the rim where no liquid can reach. Doh!! My needle was bone dry maybe for 2 weeks' worth of injections. Ey yi yi.

I've been so worried about cleaning and sticking the needle in my skin properly but I didn't lay eyes on the needle while it was in the vial. From now on, I'm wearing my reading glasses!

I'm new here - last month was my first month. Since I wasn't sure how I'd react to the meds, I decided to go one month at a time and I chose the additive-free option from ProRX. My second month's payment processed on May 1 and is currently "at the pharmacy."

I am fully aware of all the hubub that's been going on with ProRx, etc. but I chose to calmly wait it out and not panic buy or cancel or spam customer service, etc. so I have not contacted support to change anything as I presumed they would automatically fulfill my order from a different additive-free supplier. I don't have any loyalties to specific pharmacies at this stage. Was I supposed to cancel and reorder from a different pharmacy? I'm fine waiting, I am not stressed about it...I just want to make sure I didn't miss an important step. It's been a bit of a zoo out there lately, haha.
