Either a kids book or young adults fantasy book

The protagonist was a girl who accidentally discovered special gems that granted powers, these gems could be depleted though. And I think they were created by areas of high nature.

The only scene I remember was in a later book in the series where she was stranded and had to stand in a cold pond for hours waiting for the silt to subside so that she could grab the gem. Took her a few tries.

The hidden of the transform electrical street BJD series.

I like her a lot but god does she have a lot of ribbons on her clothes. And her hair is so long that its slightly rough at the ends. But shes very cute.

I already have Nyako and decided since Fina was similar and also available I'd buy her anyway. And yeah same as Nyako I quite like the body and the clothes quality is excellent. Eventually I may brush out the hair and try and fix the rough spots.
