i built 6 ai micro-saas generating $20k/mo. i started a small group to share exactly how.

I currently run 6 operational micro ai saas products that generate a little over $20k in monthly recurring revenue.

I hardly wrote a single line of traditional code. i used ai to generate literally everything, from the database architecture to the user interface.

it wasn't magic on day one. i spent hours stuck in endless debugging loops and dealing with faulty ai code before i finally cracked the formula.

it basically comes down to three rules:

- keeping the idea aggressively minimalist (build a true mvp, not a platform).

- guiding the ai step-by-step instead of asking it to build the whole app at once.

- launching fast to get real user traction instead of perfecting features in secret.

lately, i've seen way too many non-technical founders give up at the very first ai bug or deployment error. or the worst, give up without push anything in marketing !!!!

it's a massive shame, because the technical barrier to entry has practically disappeared and the marketing is easy in 2026

because of this, i’m launching a skool community to share my exact method.

to be completely transparent: i will likely charge for the full course later down the road. it just makes sense given the specific prompt sequences, n8n workflows, and copy-and-paste templates i'll be sharing.

but right now, our main objective is simply to build together. working alone in a silent corner is the absolute fastest way to quit.

if you want to join a group of active creators and build or launch your own ai saas: drop a comment below or send me a dm, and i’ll send you the invite link.

I just automate 80% of my tasks inside my agency

And the good news is that this process is for all non-technical founders and creators because all of these automations will be created inside your folder. With Anti-Gravity, the process is very simple.

First, create one main folder. For example, I'm creating a Script Writer folder.

Inside it, create a few subfolders, such as:

- Skills

- MCPs

- Context

Inside these subfolders, create your .md files.

These .md files are simply for writing your pointers in plain language. Don't use heavy coding or complicated vocabulary—just write clear, simple points. Also, build your business context inside these files.

Make sure your .md files become valuable assets. They hold the context, knowledge, and instructions that can significantly improve your workflows and make a huge impact on the quality of your work.

And if you have some more methods to just optimise the agent or deploy, please share in the thread!

I built my first AI-native company after failing four times.

From 4 Failed Startups to My AI Team

After failing 4 startups, I was tired, broke, and burned out. But those failures taught me the real game — GTM, sales, validation, and execution.

The hardest part for solo founders isn’t the idea. It’s doing everything alone.

So I built 6 AI agents that now act as my team:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Sales
  • Design (UI/UX + visuals)
  • Engineering
  • Operations
  • Finance

They help write PRDs, GTM strategies, create designs, run campaigns, and handle daily tasks — all from one simple page.

This comes from real pain and real lessons I wish I had earlier.

It’s ready, but we’re still bootstrapping the launch.

Fellow founders — would this actually help you move faster? Honest feedback welcome. ❤️

Try this context engineering prompt formula for your next response!

Hi everybody,

This context engineering formula I use for the past three months, and this was genuinely helping me out, so I hope to just share this valuable thing with you all guys.

So guys, this is called the "ACE" formula:

A represents the actions: Here you need to describe what actions AI must take.

C represents context and constraints: here you need to write all your core values that you want to give.

E represents the expectation: so here we need to just tell what I am expecting from this. What type of response do I want after this whole process?

Here is the example:

ACT AS:

A local market research analyst who specializes in food and hospitality businesses.

A — ACTIONS:

- Find how many restaurants are operating in my area

- Categorize them by type (cafe, fast food, fine dining, street food, family restaurant, etc.)

- Identify the top-rated restaurants

- Analyze which cuisine is most common

- Find gaps or opportunities in the market

- Identify which restaurant types appear oversaturated

- Estimate customer demand trends in the area

C — CONTEXT & CONSTRAINTS:

Location Context:

The research should focus only on my local area.

Business Context:

I want to understand the restaurant market to identify business opportunities and competition levels.

Goals:

- Understand local competition

- Discover high-demand cuisines

- Find underserved food categories

- Learn what customers in the area prefer

Constraints:

- Use recent and relevant data only

- Focus on practical insights instead of theory

- Include both online-listed and popular local restaurants if possible

- Avoid generic advice

Core Values:

- Accuracy

- Real-world practicality

- Business-focused insights

- Actionable recommendations

Avoid:

- Broad national statistics

- Irrelevant restaurant chains outside the area

- Generic food business tips

E — EXPECTATIONS:

Provide:

- Estimated total number of restaurants

- Category-wise restaurant breakdown

- Top 10 highest-rated restaurants

- Most popular cuisines

- Market saturation analysis

- Potential business opportunities

- Customer behavior insights

Response Style:

Simple, structured, and highly practical.

Formatting:

- Tables

- Bullet points

- Area-wise breakdown

- Opportunity analysis

Final Goal:

Help me understand whether opening a new restaurant or food business in this area is a good opportunity.

Also share what framework do you use for your prompting?

Hey! All developers how's you doing.

So hey all developers, I want to just ask you some questions about how you can just validate your own ideas.

If you are comfortable telling me how you just validate an idea and get your first way in with users, what will be your pathway to just cross?

How do you find an idea and validate this? This is my core problem, so please add some context of yours: how you did it and get paid through your application.

Every day I open my to-do list like it personally has a grudge against me.
Unfinished tasks staring back. No mercy. No movement. Just silent pressure building up.

And somehow, I keep checking it again and again… like maybe this time it’ll magically feel lighter. It doesn’t. It just tightens the chest a little more.

That weird human habit kicks in-
We plan like we’re in control, but the moment we fall behind, the system starts controlling us.
A few unchecked boxes… and suddenly it feels like we’re the ones being checked.

But here’s the twist I realized:

What if the problem isn’t laziness…
What if it’s just the wrong scoreboard?

Instead of tracking what I haven’t done, I started tracking what I have done.

That’s exactly why I’m building DoneTracker - a reverse to-do list.
No pressure. No guilt loops. Just logging your daily wins.

You write what you completed.
And it turns into simple progress charts that actually make your brain go, “okay… I’m not that behind.”

Especially if you deal with burnout or ADHD, this flips everything.
Less punishment. More proof that you’re moving.

Because maybe we don’t need more discipline…
Maybe we just need to see our progress differently.

Tomorrow, I’ll probably still open a list.
But this time, it won’t be judging me.

It’ll remind me I’m doing better than I think.
