Is this a scam??

Is this a scam??

I feel like this is an obvious scam as I’ve never seen any bass trombone go for lower than 1k, but in the very improbable scenario that this is NOT a scam then is this worth a buy??

Good computers?

I need a laptop for college, something relatively cheap that can run games as well as schoolwork. I’d like something that I can use for a while without having to replace.

Fixing/easing a phone addiction

I just graduated from high school (18m), but I feel like I’ve wasted a huge chunk of it because I’m on my phone a lot more than I should be. I’d say on average, I have a screen time of anywhere between 8-10 hours. At this point, the only thing I was motivated to do was playing music with my schools bands, and now that that’s over I don’t really have motivation to do anything besides go to work and come back.

It’s not for lack of friends, but it’s just that nothing feels exciting enough to pry me away from my phone. I’m hoping to fix this before I go to college in a month. I’ve tried to use a screen time app, use my phones built in screen time, and turn my phone to greyscale, but nothing really works.

I make this post to ask, how can I be on my phone less, and how can I go out and discover and find other things that I enjoy doing?
