Help! Debating if I should get Bilt or Citi Strata premier next

Here is my current setup and need help on what card to get next:

Chase Ink unlimited- all miscellaneous spend

Chase Ink Cash- 5x on streaming services, internet, cellphone, cable and lyft

Chase Ink Preferred- access to travel partners and 3x on all travel

OG chase freedom (downgraded from Chase sapphire preferred)- 5x on rotating categories

Chase sapphire Reserve- luxury travel (Edit hotel), 3x on dinning, apple music credit, stubhub credit, 300 annual travel credit, 250 annual hotel credit, 300 bi annual reserve open table credit.

Citi AAdvantage card- free check bags with American Airlines

I am debating my next card if it should be the citi strata premier for 3x on groceries and gas as well as access to American Airlines and/or Bilt palladium for its travel partners and potentially its 3.3x on miscellaneous span using the accelerator.

I also hear that it is hard to get approved for citi cards…

Let me know what you think. Thanks!
