Have tried installing multiple times with no success

Mod Preparing

So im preparing my pc and 3ds for modding and im going through and studying 3dshacks and I see I need to download python. I see that 3.14 is the current version but i also see release 3.15,3.16. So if I get 3.14 do I have to update it later and how so, or do I get the 3.16?

Got all the parts needed to mod coming on Monday, sd card to usb c, 64 gb card, new stylus and charger. Can't wait!

Found my old Babies

Definitely gonna buy a New 3ds XL.

Didn't even know they existed as a switched to Xbox years ago but really loving hand helds and looking to mods. Any advice or input please let me know (not about modding). I also did a shell swap for the blue ds lite as this one was black before but as a kid my blue one broke so I wanted to get my baby back. Anyways thx guys
