Unlimited” Plans: 5 minutes of waiting for every image generated with Seedream 4.5; only 1 image at a time

That’s right, I’m a member with an unlimited plan on Magnific. The generation counter in “fast” mode lets you do up to 12 images simultaneously, which take approximately 1-2 minutes to come out all of them. This “fast” mode lets you generate around 600 images. Then it switches to “slow” mode, where you end up waiting more than 5 minutes for a single image, Seedream 4.5 model as reference.

This is without a doubt an abuse and a mockery against customers. As a user I create around 100 photographs a day. That means 6 days of “fast photos”, then 24 days at 5 minutes per photo.

They reply “we’ll help you, send a DM”. However, their help only goes as far as telling you that these are their “responsible use” mechanisms. It’s a real disgrace.

We’re clear that Magnific has a lot of potential, it’s a stable, user-friendly site. But this mode makes it impossible to work. You get 1 image every 5 minutes, 1 image… you can’t put more than 4 images in the queue, and they process one by one.

Really: I canceled my Annual subscription, I’m looking for other platforms that allow unlimited use of the models.

Honestly: I hope things go badly for them. I’ve never wished this on anyone, but my frustration is horrible.

Otra Abuso "ilimitado"

6–7 Minutes for One Seedream 4.5 Image on Unlimited = Humiliation

That's right. I have the Unlimited plan, I've already used up my Fast Pass, and now I have to wait 6–7 minutes just for a single image with the Seedream 4.5 model. It's unbearable. It's impossible to work with an Unlimited plan like this.

Magnific is simply a joke. They're laughing straight in their customers' faces.

Fewer than 650 images in "unlimited turbo mode"

That's right, I managed to take fewer than 650 images in the fast mode of the unlimited plan. Now I've switched to the dreaded "relaxed" mode.

When are they going to stop being such rip-offs???

I'm leaving Freepik/Magnific: They keep abusing their customers

Hi everyone,

I'm moving away from Freepik/Magnific because I'm tired of the way they treat their customers. They keep changing the rules and limitations almost every day, and honestly, it's become exhausting.

I'm seriously considering switching completely to Higgsfield, but I have a couple of questions for those of you who use it:

  • In Relax Mode, how long does a 4K Seedream 4.5 image usually take to generate? On Freepik, a single image is currently taking 6–8 minutes in Relax Mode.
  • In Relax Mode, how many images can you have queued at the same time?

Thanks a lot for any information you can share. I rely on these tools heavily for my work, so understanding the real-world experience is very important to me.

Only 1 video in queue and 1 image every 6 minutes: Pure abuse

That's right. They only allow me to have one video in the queue (with wait times of over 8 minutes), and while they let me queue 4 images with Seedream, each one takes around 6 minutes to generate.

This company has become incredibly abusive toward its customers. I purchased an annual plan last July, and for the past three months I've been dealing with constant downgrades to the service: they remove features, restrict tools, and take advantage of their awful policy of charging annually in advance while refusing refunds, even when they significantly change the conditions of the service.

If you ask me, Freepik/Magnific is simply a scam. They keep taking away value from paying customers while expecting us to keep accepting worse and worse service. Unlimited isn't really unlimited when you're forced to wait several minutes for a single image.

26 minutes for 6 images with Seedream 4.5: Definitely awful.

Yeah, I’m getting 1 image every 4–5 minutes. The “relaxed mode” is absolutely ridiculous — in reality, the “unlimited” plan is actually limited.

7 minutes per image with Seedream 4.5: THIS IS A RIP-OFF

Every image with Seedream 4.5 is taking 6–8 minutes. It’s a complete rip-off. I understand that “unlimited” plans have a fast quota and then switch to a “relaxed mode,” but you can’t compare getting 4 images per minute versus 1 image every 8 minutes. They’re an absolute disaster as an AI provider.

We pay a measly fee, and now it's blocked because it's overloaded?

Grok is unbearable. I'm paying for it, and it won't let me record videos because it's "overloaded." This has become an insult to real customers.

Unlimited is a Lie: 12 Minutes for 4 Photos.

It's always the same with this platform that doesn't tell the truth. The "Relax" plan takes 4 photos in 12 minutes. Yes, 12 minutes, an average of 3 minutes per photo. How long will they continue to exploit their paying members?
