Is ION down in Khargahr or nearby areas?

My Astro chair got delivered yesterday and I think I was sent a chair which someone else had returned. Chair box had dual taping, one side of the box tape was tampered, the screws and key were not placed under the chair but were lying in the box etc. So it will be really helpful if someone can share the unboxing video or image of all parts after unboxing, it would be great help. Thankyou
