We’re organizing a small meetup in Heidelberg next Saturday, with around 15–25 people.

We’re planning to meet at Neckarwiese around 12:00, but we’d like to have an indoor backup in case of bad weather.

Does anyone know a place where a group of 15–25 people could casually meet, have a coffee or drink and chat, without having to book or rent an entire venue?

Ideally somewhere relaxed and not too loud or crowded — a place where we can actually hear each other, rather than a busy club/bar.

I’m a graphic design student currently building a language learning app. The full MVP is already designed in Figma – including a clean component structure, a design system, color system, reusable building blocks, and all tabs/screens.

I’m looking for a developer who is interested in building this project long-term together.

I come from a design background, but I also have basic knowledge of React and React Native. This allows me to contribute to technical discussions (e.g. data structure, UX decisions, technical trade-offs), even though development itself is not my strongest area.

Trust is much more important to me than maximum experience. I’m not looking for someone with 10+ years of industry background, but rather someone who enjoys coding, thinks technically, and wants to build something meaningful together.

About the project:
- MVP fully designed in Figma
- Clean component-based design system
- Well-thought-out core features
- Long-term vision with monetization

As I’m a student, there is currently no budget. The goal is to build something together first and monetize it later.

A bit about me: I’m 24, was born and raised in Lithuania and have been living in Germany for the past 12 years. I speak Lithuanian, German, and English fluently. I’m open-minded, value clear communication, and enjoy factual, grounded discussions.

I would be handling everything except the technical implementation. This includes:
- UX/UI design and design system
- Feature planning and product development
- Product strategy and content direction
- Marketing and public presence
- Customer communication and support

I’m looking for someone to take care of the technical side, including:
- Implementation of the design (frontend / app development)
- Building and maintaining the codebase
- Bug fixing, maintenance, and optimizations
